The following terms of conditions shall apply to the cleaning services purchased by you from ‘First Home Services’. These terms will prevail in case of any inconsistency with any other document. The services will be provided to you by First Home Services itself. We have no franchisees.
Services: Please note that the number of cleaners attending your premises to perform the services may vary but this in no way affects the initial quoted price, nor it affects the cleaning time booked. The services will only be provided for the amount of time you have purchased.
Cancellation: Customers must cancel a cleaning visit by informing 24 hours prior to the scheduled date in writing or reaching out to us via email. You will not receive a refund for any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of services.
You agree that these terms express understanding between both parties and that there not have been any representations made by or on behalf of us that have been relied upon by you that are not contained in these terms.
